I have always been interested in movement and fitness. After getting my bachelor's degree in Psychobiology from UCLA, I went on to receive my master's in Physical Therapy from Boston University. I worked in orthopedics for several years, before taking a break to raise my family. In 2011, I became an ACE Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and also started working on a Comprehensive Pilates instructor training program from Balanced Body. I have worked as a personal trainer with Core Asset Fitness Training and Pilates instructor at Rhythm and Flow Pilates. I have also taught fitness, boot camp, Pilates, and barre classes.
I combine my background in physical therapy, fitness, and Pilates to design a personalized program just for you.
