Personal Training and Pilates
It can be challenging to find a fitness and movement routine that works for you and fits into your busy schedule. I enjoy helping people gain strength and energy by designing programs that help you reach your goals.
I offer in-home or virtual personal training, small group training, and individual and small group Pilates training. I also teach Pilates and Core Align at Rhythm and Flow Pilates in Sharon, MA. Contact me to find out more!
With a background in physical therapy and a love of fitness and movement, I hope to inspire others to find a workout routine that works for them. Everyone and everybody is unique, so I develop programs that are tailored to you. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
